Ingredients:
500g pork shoulder, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions:
Marinate: In a bowl, combine the pork, olive oil, ginger, garlic powder, coriander, and pepper. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cook: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the pork and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce into the skillet with the pork and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
