How to Make French Rôti de Porc

Ingredients:
2.2 pounds pork tenderloin
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh sage leaves
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Brush the pork tenderloin with olive oil.
Season the meat with salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and garlic.
Place the sage leaves on top of the meat.
Roll up the meat into a tight cylinder.
Place the roll in a baking dish.
Roast the meat for 1-1.5 hours, or until cooked through.
Tips:
You can score the skin of the meat to make it even crispier.
You can add other spices to the stuffing, to taste.
Rôti de porc can be served fresh with roasted potatoes, vegetables, or salad.
